App is not working correctly is a total mess.
Doesn't work
Fantastic app and frequently updated. Keeps track of all my workouts whether at the Y or on my own. Provides progress reports and encourages working out through the Y's monthly challenges and. . . You can earn money towards another purchase or save up points and rewards for a later date! Easy to set up and use for all.
Can't get app to work nor do they list my location. My roommate, who has the same model phone I have has the app working correctly and the correct location. All I get is an error saying "Oops! This account is currently unavailable. Please click below for help." And just gives me locations again. No way to sign in with my account either.
Only thing is, I don't like how my Fitbit steps don't sync with the distance challenge. Fitbit doesn't seem to sync well with this app at all!!! Frustrating when you join challenges!
The YMCA at Granby is the last one on the list of fitness class and the scroll does not appear to go down far enough to make a selection.
Unable to login. Ever. Gives errors. Website, pool/class schedules -work fine. Not the app. Used to work before recent updates.
We are paying $80 for this armature app and experience. I observed the open area of the pool with just a few people in it. but if you go to the app it shows the pool full for that time. Get your act together people. When I spoke to aquatic person she informs me that they have not reached capacity. Well DAA tell the app that. $80
The staff is helpful, polite, knowledgeable and willing to take their time to walk you through a routine to ensure you are safe and doing properly
